While I know that it is a DABCO decision, not specifically maple valley, I still want to make the feelings known. While an auto payment does allow us to split payments, I still think it is annoying that we are not allowed to split other payments. Overall very happy so far

submitted by Brad J. - |Recommended: YesService — For the most part, this has been a great place to live. There are a few things I believe could improve. Office being open outside the 9-5 Mon - Fri, these hours are not conducive to tenants that work during the day and rely on direct communications instead of making everything through the app very impersonable and is perceived as lack of customer service experience . The maintenance when receiving work orders could reach out to the tenant to schedule work needed. Groundspersons could actually pick up grass after being cut instead of leaving all the loose grass in the sidewalk, especially when the sprinklers run and wet grass is tracked into one's apartment. Have a designated smoking area, see a trail of cigarette butts along the sidewalk to the street is not really a welcoming sight for visitors or even coming home to after work. There should be one covered parking per unit, especially one that is next to their unit, it feels disorganized when people are using covered parking across the complex.

The office team was very communicative and friendly and the entire process was as smooth as it possibly could. Thanks to the entire team of Maple Valley Apartments. Well done so far.

If you see vehicles on the lot that do not have a Maple Valley parking permit, feel free to take a photograph of the vehicle/license plate and let us know where it is located and we'll do our best to have it moved. We value our residents and want every aspect of your housing to be great.
